JOB REQUIREMENTS

Board: Board Certified (No BE)
Licenses: Active MI License
Certifications: BLS
Other Qualifications: Local provider clean background

Duties & Responsibilities

Perform face-to-face patient evaluations within 24 hours of admission
Conduct daily rounding on inpatient rehab unit
Manage consults and admissions
Participate in scheduled team conferences (Mon Wed Fri)
Complete required documentation including discharge summaries IPOCS and care plans
